I commonly work with PLA, PETG, ABS, and TPU plastics, and can also work with more exotic materials based on your specific needs. I can integrate hardware like threaded inserts, magnets, and other components. Material selection is customised based on your project's requirements for durability, flexibility, and finish quality.
Yes! I can optimise existing STL files for better printability, fix common issues, or modify designs for new requirements. Using tools from gaming industry, I don't even require .STEP files I can work with any exported mesh.
Design files are not included by default, but can be provided as an add-on service. Source files are available for an additional fee.
Project timelines vary based on complexity and current workload. I'll provide a realistic timeline during our initial consultation and keep you updated throughout the process. Simple models: 1-2 weeks. Complex assemblies: 3-4 weeks. Large production runs: 4-8 weeks.
